A United Nations survey recently revealed that at least half of the world’s rivers are either drying up at an alarming rate or are seriously polluted.
The Nile and Pakistan’s Indus are greatly reduced by the time they reach the sea. Some, such as the Colorado and China’s Yangtze, now rarely reach the ocean at all.
Others, such as the Jordan and the Rio Grande on the US-Mexico border, are dry for much of their length. Read More / Watch Video »
In 2007, Redsky published an article based on an Environment Protection Agency (E.P.A.) report which had predicted the Euphrates could dry up by 2025. Redsky stated that 2023 was more likely and in keeping with Global Meltdown Domino Effect Timescales.
